- I purchased a full system for my CB1000R Neo Sport in May 2020. It arrived within 2 weeks , well packaged and no damage to anything despite travelling from the UK to Australia.I would describe the quality of the components as very good. The material and welding of the headers was to a high standard, with good alignment and minimal sharp internal features that could otherwise impede flow. I opted for the full stainless muffler (300mm) and this appears well made and durable. The muffler strap that fastens it to the bike required some trimming of the rubber liner to fit, but did not present any major issues.Fitment to the bike was straight forward and the provided instructions were adequate. Fitment of the pipe sections was snug (as it should be) and well thought out, with no clearance issues or contact points with the motorcycle engine or frame.I have only ridden with the baffle in so far, however can confirm the exhaust note is now deeper and sharper without being obnoxious. I feel it is an excellent compromise between bark and civility and suits the bike well.The Honda runs well, despite now having no cat converter and presumably a reduction is back pressure within the exhaust. There are no dead spots, hesitation, stalling or flame outs so I can confirm that a tune or change to engine mapping does not appear to be absolutely necessary. For maximum power gains and even smoother running I will look into my options for tuning, however this exhaust has not left the bike running worse than with the stock system.Overall, excellent value for money and has thus far exceeded expectations. This is a full system for less money than most of the big names charge for a slip on.
