- Fits: YAMAHA FZR1000 EXUP 1989-1995This is a hybrid of a race system and road exhaust, allows you to ditch the cumbersome Exup valve and servo.A common fault on the FZR1000 is corrosion of the Exup valve, resulting in blowing headers (MOT failure) and broken control cables from the valve seizing shut. Causing power loss and/or that annoying rattle from the valve. Our headers do away with the whole Exup housing and troublesome valve. Please note you will need to use the exhaust servo motor or a servo bypass in order to prevent any faults.Our downpipes weigh 3.6 kgs compared to 6.4kgs for the standard, and is made from superior 304 grade polished stainless steel, no rejetting required, simply install and ride.No re-jetting or modification needed, as long as your bike is set up as standard.Downpipes & Link pipe Material : 304 Grade Polished Stainless Steel.Silencer Material : 304 Grade Black Painted Stainless Steel
