The new design features a shorter muffler for an enhanced sporty look, which exits on the side of the bike for visual impact. Power is increased by 3.3 kW (4.5 hp) at 9,600 rpm compared to back-to-back tests on an MT-09 with a Racing Line (Carbon) exhaust and a standard exhaust system as standard. The sporty racing sound is perfectly tuned to the engine. It is designed for use on closed race tracks and circuits.
The exhaust system is compatible with Yamaha hard cases and center stand accessories.
When installing the Racing Line exhaust system on Euro5+ motorcycles (2 lambda probes), the check engine light will come on after identifying a deviation in the parameters of the stock catalytic converter.
The mandatory mounting kit P-HF1595, including silencer clamp, bracket and mounting material, must be ordered separately.
