Capristo decatalyst downpipe Mercedes AMG CLS63 W218 2010 - 2018

The CAPRISTO valved exhaust system helps torque at low rpm by providing back pressure in the exhaust and increases temperature for good operation of the catalytic converter. While in the open-valve condition for high rpm, it takes full advantage of the free-flow characteristics of CAPRISTO downpipes by optimizing high-energy exhaust at the ideal temperature and backpressure to maximize performance.

Replacing the OEM catalytic converter may activate a Check Engine Light (CEL).

For disabling a recurring CEL you will need to tune the ECU or use 02 sensor extensions.
