To do justice to this impressive engine from every point of view, we have created a hand-polished 309 stainless steel exhaust system consisting of a pair of 200-cell FAP-eliminating catalytic converters, a non-silenced centre pipe and a rear silencer equipped with pneumatic (vacuum) valves controlled by our control unit.

The final part is made up of 2 pairs of carbon fibre-coated anodised aluminium tailpipes.

Thanks to a design based on reverse engineering, we are able to create a line optimised in terms of dimensions and exhaust flows. We start with a laser scan of the car's original exhaust line and then create the CAD model. From this model, we obtain the dimensions and dimensions that are useful to us. We then go on to create our CAD project and the first prototypes.

Thanks to this process we are able to maintain the original back pressure values while improving the acoustic performance and performance.

This exhaust system is equipped with our mod. CES-3 valve control unit which allows you to manage 3 different operating modes. Our valve opening system is based on the back pressure values read in the exhaust line. Based on this value and the selected mode (via a special remote control) the exhaust line varies its behavior. The modes are:

– CRUISE

This mode is designed for everyday use of the car. For example, for commuting from home to the office or for a trip with the family. The valves open when there is a back pressure of 150 mbar. This means that you are asking the engine for a lot of power and you are stepping on the accelerator.

– SPORT

The operation is similar to Cruise except that the valves open at a value of 80 mbar and this means that they open much more often. This mode was designed for trips with friends, trips to the hills or mountain passes.

– OPEN

As the name suggests, this is the “open” mode that allows the car to express its 100% sound potential. In this mode the valves always remain open.

With the valves closed the sound is the same as the standard car in terms of volume and sonority.
