Capristo Audi RS4 B9 F5 Exhaust

309 stainless steel exhaust system, hand polished, cat back configuration, consisting of a non-silenced central silencer, a pair of rear silencers equipped with pneumatically controlled valves (vacuum) and oval terminals.

The system is specifically developed for the Audi RS4 B9.

With CAD design, according to the “reverse engineering” scheme (using a laser tool that reproduces 100% of the measurements of each part of the car), a finished product is created, optimised to the maximum both in terms of size and exhaust flows.

In this way we have the best possible acoustic performance and the best performance, without affecting the original performance of the car, preserving the correct back pressure values of the exhaust gases themselves.

A special feature of our exhaust system with valves is that it has a double sound in which we have a very pleasant and comfortable sound with closed valves, and a much more sporty and captivating sound with open valves.

The valves are designed and produced according to very innovative criteria that give high reliability and immediate response to the opening/closing command.

The exhaust system is supplied with the valve control unit mod. CES-3 which allows for the best real-time control of the valve opening as a function of the pressure on the accelerator. The detailed characteristics of the control unit are indicated at the link below.
