Capristo Audi TT Rs 8s Stainless Steel Exhaust

With this system we have tried to guarantee a sound performance to a car that has its biggest flaw in its sound. Performance of this level requires an adequate sound component. Our catback exhaust system is made entirely of 309 stainless steel, hand polished, and consists of a non-silenced centre pipe and a silenced terminal equipped with electronically controlled valves as standard.

Thanks to a design based on reverse engineering we are able to create a line optimised in terms of dimensions and exhaust flows. We start from a laser scan of the original exhaust line of the car and then create the CAD model. From this model we obtain the dimensions and dimensions that are useful to us. We then go on to create our CAD project and the first prototypes.

Thanks to this process we are able to maintain the original back pressure values while improving the acoustic performance and performance.

With the valves closed the sound is the same as the standard car in terms of volume and sonority.
