With CAD design, according to the “reverse engineering” scheme (using a laser tool that reproduces 100% of the measurements of each part of the car), a finished product is created, optimised to the maximum both in terms of size and exhaust flows.
In this way we have the best possible acoustic performance and the best performance, without affecting the original performance of the car, preserving the correct back pressure values of the exhaust gases themselves.
A special feature of our exhaust system with valves is that it has a double sound in which we have a very pleasant and comfortable sound with the valves closed, and a much sportier and more captivating sound with open valves.
The valves are designed and produced according to very innovative criteria that give high reliability and immediate response to the opening/closing command.
The exhaust system is supplied with the on-off valve control unit. The detailed characteristics of the control unit are indicated at the link below.
The exhaust has been designed for accurate assembly for the original connections and is completely made of 1.4828 (T309) grade stainless steel. The valves can be connected to the original valve controller. Alternatively, they can be managed using our device.
