Sports exhaust system for Mercedes Class A 220 4Matic (all-wheel drive)

The system is enlarged, from 60 to 65mm, also with a view to processing via electronic reprogramming.

The stock turbo downpipe is very restrictive, with a ceramic catalytic converter right next to the turbine.

The Supersprint downpipe replaces it with a direct pipe. It is recommended to use a probe deceiver or to reprogram the ECU.

The pipe that passes over the front axle cross members, which also includes the flexible joint, is not replaced as it does not obstruct the flow of gases.

The rest of the system, however, is replaceable entirely.

Both the front and centre sections are available as a pipe only, to obtain a sportier sound and eliminate any restriction.

Models not equipped with the "Supersport" kit have a silencer on the centre section. We recommend fitting the central pipe + rear silencer for an optimal sound, adding the front pipe if you want to avoid cutting the standard system.

The front pipe is also available with a 100-cell HJS Motorsport sports catalyst, to be combined with the free downpipe for road use, to reduce polluting emissions.

The rear silencer is direct flow, without chambers.

Both terminals for the standard bumper and conversion kits for the A45 AMG look are available.

The purchase of the original Mercedes components is necessary in that case (diffuser, terminals).

The power increase of the complete kit is approximately 14hp without other interventions on the 250 models.
