This headlight duct replaces the OEM headlight and provides a true RAM-AIR setup with a cold air feed directly to the intake or turbo standalone. When used in conjunction with our Supra intake system, a panel on the intake duct can be removed exposing the filter to extra airflow. With cold air forced into the engine bay, heat absorption is reduced allowing for more drag strokes. Constructed from pre-preg carbon fiber, the duct has high structural strength and rigidity. Secured with laser-cut stainless steel brackets to the OEM mounting points, it stays put even at high speeds. Our Supra headlight duct allows for the most direct cold air intake possible and significantly helps reduce heat build-up for consistent track times.

Headlight duct in carbon
The headlight duct channels air directly into the engine bay intake area. Incorporating 2 separate flow channels, incoming air is seamlessly routed into the OEM intake duct and also onto the hot side of the engine. The pre-preg carbon construction provides rigidity and the stainless steel bracket ensures it is locked in place even at speeds in excess of 190mph. Ideal when used in conjunction with our Supra intake system which has a removable panel to allow for extra airflow. It is also the perfect solution for cars running large turbo conversions that do not have the space for a sealed airbox design. By feeding the turbo with cold air, maximum boost can be achieved sooner as the spool up uses cooler, denser air and performance is maintained by reducing heat absorption.
Matched with our intake system or an aftermarket large turbo conversion, this headlight duct provides the ultimate setup for track use.
