Here are our Raw Carbon Fiber S55 Chargepipes. We've invested months of intense R&D in development and testing to bring you OEM replacement chargepipes that leave no room for compromise.

FITMENT-FLOW QUALITY-STRENGTH are the 3 main design criteria we tried to meet.

1) FITMENT: A common problem with aftermarket charge pipes is poor fitment due to the nature of them being made using bent metal tubing. Clearances with the engine cover and other aftermarket intake systems can be an issue. Our carbon fiber solution allows us to utilize complex geometry to provide OEM-like fitment while maintaining optimal flow.

2) FLOW QUALITY: Our design utilizes smooth curved transitions from the turbo outlets to the charge cooler. Additionally, we have also increased internal volume over the OEM version to allow the turbos to run with less restriction. It is important to note that our machined flange mount at the turbo outlet maintains a consistent diameter to the charge tubes with no exposed edges that could cause turbulence. This is an improvement over aftermarket metal charge pipes which often have welds between the flange and the pipes.

3) STRENGTH: The final criteria was to increase the structural strength of the charge pipes over the OEM versions. It is becoming increasingly common for OEM charge pipes to fail, especially with tuned cars using higher levels of boost. Utilising a cross weave carbon layup with multiple layers to form a 2mm wall thickness, our charge pipes provide an incredibly strong solution for reliable operation even with larger turbos. Additionally, we have incorporated CNC machined stainless steel rings into the openings where the clamps are tightened to ensure the tubes retain their shape even under high clamping forces.

To increase the structural reliability of the carbon charge tubes we have not added methanol ports. Instead we are developing a separate J-pipe that will incorporate multiple methanol ports. Having these ports in the J-pipe is also a more suitable position for additional cooling, as it is located immediately before the intake manifold.

The Eventuri S55 Carbon Chargepipes are constructed from high temperature pre-preg carbon fibre and feature a host of other components that are designed to perform a specific purpose and manufactured to the highest standards.

Here are the details for each component and the design ethos behind them:

Each inlet system consists of:

  • 2 x High Temp Carbon Charge Tubes
  • 2 x CNC machined turbo flanges
  • Silicone joints with oil resistant coating
  • Marine grade stainless steel hose clamps

Carbon fiber charge lines

Our charge ducts are made from high temperature pre-impregnated carbon fiber. The construction uses multiple layers of carbon that are applied with cross weave patterns to increase the strength of the part. Each duct has machined stainless steel rings embedded in the openings to provide additional strength in the clamping areas. The ducts have smooth curves and reliefs to provide an efficient flow path for pressurized air to negotiate from the turbos to the radiator. By ensuring there are no sharp corners and exposed faces, the turbos are able to perform as they were designed with the OEM charge ports.

CNC Machined Turbo Flanges

The connection to the turbo outlets is made using CNC machined flanges which use the OEM O-ring to provide the required seal. Each flange is machined from aircraft grade aluminium and then anodised black. High quality silicone joints are then used to mate the flanges to the ducts and constant tension marine grade clamps are then used to secure them.
